COURSE OVERVIEW

This is a 40-hour Emotional Empowerment Course (Online) and is based on Bhagavad Gita. This course covers all chapters of Bhagavad Gita with focus on Emotional empowerment and emotional resilience. Ancient Indian wisdom is applied to our present day life challenges. This course focuses on 5 core aspects. Crisis management, Vulnerability, Decision making, Interpersonal relationships and Purpose of life. This is an applied philosophy course.

This course can be done alongside your regular commitments. Most of the classes are pre-recorded. The only expectation is to dedicate some time on a daily basis for your empowerment. If you have any questions, you can send them by email to admin@sthirayoga.com and they will be either answered by email or they will be recorded as a video / audio class and will be uploaded, which you can followl at your convenience.
